Pat Testerman

Senior Pastor

Pastor Pat and Martha Testerman met as college students in New England at an InterVarsity Christian Fellowship conference. They married after graduation and spent the next two decades traveling around the world with the military before moving to New Hampshire in 2011.

Pat holds a Masters Degree in Christian Ministry from North Park Theological Seminary and certificates through the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF). His eclectic career after the military has included law enforcement and the airlines. He continues to serve as a part-time officer and chaplain in a local department.

Martha served for many years as a labor doula, birth assistant, and childbirth educator, but has now transitioned to other ministry roles. She has also completed her Formation certificate through CCEF.

The Testermans are honored to be called to serve in a congregation where discipleship is practiced as the essential core of the Church’s mission. They enjoy working on their family farm, activities with their three adult kids, and the natural beauty God has provided in our area.

Don George

Associate Pastor

Don and Alyssa came to faith in Christ in 2017 at FCBC.

Upon committing his life to Christ, Don also committed himself to the local church, seeking to learn from and grow alongside of its members in Christ-likeness. Don’s character and gifts were recognized by the pastors and confirmed by the church membership in calling Don to be an elder in January 2020.

In April of 2022, Don joined New England Urban Church Planting as a Church Planting Apprentice, and began his Pastoral Residency at FCBC. In September of 2023, Don and Alyssa were sent out by FCBC to pursue planting a church in Newport, RI with NEU, and Don continued his residency at United Baptist Church in Newport.

In February of 2024, Don was called back to serve his residency in Loudon, was called as Associate Pastor in May of 2024, and has served in the role since. Don reflects in awe of God’s grace to have heard the Gospel and be called to the faith at FCBC, be baptized by FCBC, grow at FCBC, be sent out by FCBC, and called to the pastorate by FCBC.

Don is currently enrolled in the Bachelor’s of Divinity program at Grimke Seminarywhere he is expected to graduate in Fall of 2025 with a concentration in Applied Theology.

Don and Alyssa have four adult children, and three grandchildren. During his free time, Don enjoys fishing, kayaking and reading while Alyssa hones her homesteading skills, enjoying crafts and hobbies such as quilting, knitting, bread-making and others as she patiently waits for the opportunity to go back to raising chickens and other ‘backyard’ farm animals.
